Are the products original?
Yes, all our products are brand new and original. They are imported directly , shipped from our international suppliers.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is between 7 and 20 business days depending on the product and supplier. In most cases, services such as AliExpress Standard Shipping, Cainiao, or DHL are used.
Will I receive all my products together?
Not necessarily. Some products may come from different suppliers and will arrive in separate packages.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it at all times.
In what currency is payment made?
Whether you're visiting our store from Mexico, Chile, or Spain, all payments are processed in US dollars (USD) through PayPal or Mercado Pago.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we accept credit card payments in installments through Mercado Pago and PayPal.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, you can request a cancellation. If it has already been shipped, you'll have to wait until you receive it to initiate a return.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
Yes, you have up to 7 days from receipt to request a return or exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Send us a WhatsApp message or email and we'll guide you through the process.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged or has problems?
It's very rare, but if it happens, take photos and write to us as soon as possible. We'll send you a new one or arrange a refund.
Do the products have warranties?
All products come with a direct supplier warranty. In the event of a fault, we'll help you contact the manufacturer or supplier to arrange a replacement.
